Frequently asked questions

Do you lend? No. We assess, prepare and refer. Funders make the credit decision and provide the finance.

What does it cost? Up to USD 500,000 our service is free. Above that, a fixed USD 2,099, payable only on a credit-approved offer from a funder we introduced. Funder fees apply in addition, depending on the instrument. Some funders' representatives charge their own fixed fee, reimbursed or deducted from the funder's fees on successful funding.

Can you guarantee funding? No. Funders decide on their own terms. We stand behind our own work: a complete application prepared to funder standard.

How long does it take? Our assessment takes 3 working days from a complete application. The funder's credit assessment takes 3 to 6 weeks, depending on how prepared your KYC documents are.

Who sees my information? Only us until you sign our engagement letter. After that, only funders whose mandate fits your trade. Information is passed along a back-to-back confidential chain under signed NCNDAs.

What don't you take on? Sanctioned parties or origins, SBLC or bank guarantee monetisation, EN590 diesel and any cargo whose origin we cannot verify.

I'm a financier. How do I receive files? Email your mandate to contact@lpoandlaw.com. We send only files inside it, through a shared secure data room or by email if you prefer, and agree terms with you directly.
