Our Complimentary Discovery Consultation is a 20–30 minute introductory session designed to help you explore your legal or regulatory objectives with LPO&Law. This discovery call allows us to understand your needs, assess the nature of your matter, and determine how our team can best support you through tailored legal or consultancy services. During the session, we will discuss your goals, the context of your matter, and potential strategies for achieving your desired outcomes. While no formal legal advice will be provided during this complimentary meeting, you will gain clarity on the next steps, our process, and how we can assist in delivering the right legal or regulatory solutions for your situation. All discovery consultations are conducted under strict confidentiality and professional ethics. LPO&Law operates as an international legal consultancy and LPO provider, adhering to global compliance and data-protection standards, including GDPR and applicable PDPL requirements. Where jurisdiction-specific legal advice or representation is necessary, we may refer you to or coordinate with licensed local counsel within our trusted partner network. Please join the session 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth start. Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect eligibility for future complimentary consultations. Scope. Paid consultations provide focused professional guidance on the specific issues discussed during the session. They do not include document drafting, filings, or representation beyond the booked time unless a separate engagement is executed. Engagement & Advice. Consultations are provided by LPO&Law as an international legal consultancy and LPO provider. Legal advice is offered within the permitted scope of our jurisdictional framework. Where local practice rights are required, we may refer or coordinate with licensed counsel. Conflicts, KYC, and Compliance. All sessions are subject to conflict checks and KYC/AML procedures. LPO&Law reserves the right to postpone or cancel sessions if a conflict, sanctions concern, or compliance risk arises. Confidentiality. All information is treated as confidential in accordance with professional standards and data protection laws. However, full legal privilege applies only once conflict clearance and engagement confirmation are complete. Duration and Timing. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may shorten the duration to respect subsequent appointments. Fees and Payment. Payment is required in advance. Fees cover consultation time, preparation, and brief follow-up notes. Hourly rates and billing increments are stated on our service page or engagement letter. Rescheduling and Cancellations. Clients may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made later than 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full. LPO&Law may reschedule when compliance or operational issues require it. Recording and Data. Sessions are not recorded unless expressly agreed in writing. We maintain internal notes for record-keeping, compliance, and quality assurance. Data is processed under our Privacy Notice and GDPR/PDPL principles. Limitation of Liability. Consultations are provided for informational purposes based on facts shared. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Acceptance. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms as part of LPO&Law’s professional standards and engagement framework.
